Gemini Level Up, Google AI Can Now Create Interactive 3D Simulations

Google has officially brought artificial intelligence to the next level. Through the latest update, their AI assistant, Google Gemini, is now able to generate interactive 3D models and direct simulations from text commands.

This move marks a major shift in the way users understand complex concepts – from simply reading an explanation to directly “seeing and trying”.

3D Simulation of Gemini

With this new feature, users can ask Gemini to visualize concepts such as planetary orbits, molecular structures, and data trends – then interact directly with the model.

Instead of just reading about the gravitational force between the Earth and the Moon, users can now change variables such as the initial velocity or the strength of the gravitational force and see the impact in real-time.

This approach makes Gemini more than just an AI-based search engine. It turns into a kind of responsive and interactive “life textbook”.

Google’s New Weapon

This feature also reinforces Google’s strategy in promoting the concept of “visual computing” – AI that not only produces images or text, but also functional tools that can be used for exploration.

In the context of competition with OpenAI and its product ChatGPT, this approach provides a fairly sharp differentiation.

While most AIs focus on static content such as images and videos, Gemini plays in the interactive realm – something closer to the needs of students, researchers, and engineers.

Not only for students, this feature also opens up great opportunities for professionals. Engineers can test early designs, researchers can explore data, and creators can visualize complex ideas without having to open additional software.

Simply by prompting such as “show chemical bonding model” or “visualize fractal pattern”, Gemini will immediately build a model that can be rotated, enlarged, and analyzed from various angles.

For Gemini Pro Users

This feature is being rolled out globally through the Gemini app and web version, but is currently only available to Gemini Pro users. With this development direction, AI is no longer just a tool – but a visual thinking partner.
