Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. launched a mobile app called JVS Claw for iOS and Android.
The app can help users install and deploy OpenClaw within minutes and will be free for 14 days.
Baidu Inc. this week released an Android app for OpenClaw, and firms including Tencent and Minimax are racing to offer similar services.
Alibaba said the app will let smartphone users without coding knowledge instruct AI agents, while Baidu’s app helps users shop online and book travel, the companies said.
At least four local municipalities have offered millions of yuan in subsidies for OpenClaw development.
Beijing has also moved to restrict state firms and government agencies from freely running OpenClaw AI apps on office computers, citing security concerns.
