A research team from Westlake University in China has introduced a new robot called Titan o1, a robot capable of full-body motion and manipulation integration. It can mimic a wide range of human movements in real time.

The system allows the robot to operate beyond the limits of distance and geography.

Powered by the General Action Expert (GAE) system, it enables coordinated motion without task-specific programming, marking new progress in robotics and human-machine interaction.

The system functions like a “cerebellum” for the robot, coordinating movement while higher-level systems handle decision-making.

With this system, the robot achieves smooth and coordinated motion of both hands and feet.

The robot can also adapt to and perform unfamiliar movements with ease.
